The most delicious thing ever!

The best thing in the whole world is to drink a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. Words cannot describe the taste.
One of the best things to eat in the whole world is citrus picked from the tree. I can't get enough!
Yep, it is that time of year in Arizona!!! Yea. We went and picked a few boxes of tangerines and oranges in the orchard near my grandma's house and now we are living the high life. If anyone wants some come on over!!

Squished

I just feel squished! My ribs fell like they are stabbing into my liver and upper abdominal organs. My babies head is bouncing around on my bladder causing me have to run to the bathroom every 10 minutes. My "inny" belly button no longer looks like a belly button slight flat crinkle on my round beach ball belly. My waist can barely bend far enough down to put my socks on in the morning, and then I have to hold my breath and come up for air after each sock. Then I get kicked in the ribs more then a couple times a day along with baby hiccups which make me feel like I am twitching. I wear my pants very low riding to still make them work and squeeze into my tops. I am a little clumsy now and always hit things and people with my belly as I try to squeeze past them forgetting I am twice as big. Yep I feel squished.

Tumbling Towers

The tower was getting higher and higher. Our hands were getting more shaky. We were both determined to win. Then it fell.....dang! I owe Kent dessert.

South Mountain

Last week we decided to take a nice afternoon stroll up South Mountain, one of the only mountains we haven't been on in the general Phoenix area. Besides it having a nice view it was one that a 7 month pregnant Dayna could manage.

At the top we discovered this really cool rock watch tower that looked out over the Phoenix valley and the valley to the south. It had an awesome view!!!

The little girl in the belly is getting pretty heavy though. Kent told me he would carry the baby on all the rest of the hikes we go on.

Christmas & New Years: Family Time

For Christmas we went to Kent's Grandparent's Ranch in Montana and had fun with his whole family. There was the traditional fondue dinner, ice skating on the pond, playing on the hay bails, music recital, treasure hunts and more. Great fun.

Then we flew back the the sunny AZ for more fun with the Fosson family. Everyone came out for New Years. We wore ourselves out playing games and having fun together. We took family pictures, daddy made the traditional wassel, our cousin Kierstin got married, we ate tamales and grapes in the park, picked oranges, and had a merry time.
Here is a pic of the Fosson Clan face cirlce.
