We went hiking last night in Barks Canyon of the Superstition Mountains. We were trying to find the gold mine of the lost Dutch man and ended up finding a huge black tarantula, the size of my hand, instead.
This was a hurrah, summer is over so lets get outside, hike. There really are a lot of cool rock formations in the Superstitions and lots of prickly plants.
This is exactly why Anna Bear is all over the place. You and Kent are always on the go. I love it!!! My favorite is the pic of Anna tasting her carrier. So cute!!!
